Marketing & Sales Associate
Role Overview: As our Marketing & Sales Associate, you will be pivotal in enhancing brand awareness and driving sales conversions through innovative marketing campaigns, dynamic content creation, and exceptional customer service. This role demands creativity and practical skills in photography, video production, and graphic design, ensuring our marketing not only captivates but also converts.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Execution:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar; plan, shoot, and edit compelling content for e-commerce platforms, Instagram, Pinterest, Substack, and Mailchimp.
- Implement hands-on content creation, including writing captions, designing graphics, and editing videos, ensuring all content aligns with our brand's aesthetic and engagement goals.
- Handle end-to-end execution from content planning to publishing, optimized for peak engagement times.
- Collaborate on photoshoots and video productions, including on-camera appearances as needed.

Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of current social media performance, audience engagement, and competitors to refine and optimize our marketing strategy.
- Develop data-driven strategies, identifying content pillars and audience personas to ensure content resonates and performs effectively.

- Engage with customers in-store and through digital channels, managing sales transactions, service inquiries, and fostering lasting customer relationships.

Social Media Marketing Internship
As our Social Media Intern, you'll create compelling content that tells our story and sparks conversations across all platforms. This is your chance to hone your content creation skills and see the direct impact of your work on our audience engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photos and videos for our social media channels and website.
- Monitor social media for emerging trends and content opportunities, ensuring our brand stays ahead of the curve.
- Craft and maintain our social media calendar, managing all aspects from creative copywriting to scheduling and posting.
- Brainstorm and implement new campaign ideas that resonate with our audience and reflect our niche in the vintage and design industry.
- Actively engage with our community by responding to comments and fostering a vibrant online dialogue.
- Provide support in customer service, including handling inquiries both online and in-store, which may involve sales transactions and product queries.
- Assist with in-store operations, including merchandising and maintaining presentation standards on the sales floor.
- Help manage inventory and assist in the organization of stock to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
